Our main options that are keto friendly include our: salmon, chicken, beef, fattoush, chopped greek salad (without beats or garbanzo beans), lettuce wraps, tabbouli and bell peppers. Our main ingredients to avoid for keto are the rice, hummus and the beets in our chopped salad.
In our main dishes you could ask in the notes that you don't want a side (rice, hummus or tabbouli) and replace it with more broccoli, asparagus or add red peppers instead.
What is a keto diet?
The ketogenic diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis.
